As the executive director of First Bank of Nigeria Plc’s Public Sector North, he is a well-known leader in the Nigerian banking sector and one of the prominent figures in the country’s financial industry.
Dauda Lawal Dare contested and won the 2023 Zamfara state gubernatorial election under the People Democratic Party(PDP), defeating his rival, Governor Bello Matawale of the APC.
